Staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager and management so kind enough to let me enter two hours before check-in. I would highly recommend going to this hotel. Very nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. I would definitely go again to visit when I go to the beach.
Never stayed here. Just visit but when I came it seemed nice really clean and friendly employees. They have a pool and that's a plus in itself. Oh oh oh and they have HOT BREAKFAST and juice and coffee. Really nice from what I saw. Again never stayed. Just visited

I was really nervous at first, however the staff was very accommodating. We ended up staying here twice once before our cruise, and then the last day was the day after our cruise. I was dealing with hip and knee pain staff know how comfortable their beds were. I honestly couldn't wait to get off the cruise ship to get back into these beds. These beds were more comfortable than the cruise ship. No shade on the ship beds. Continental breakfast was good sausage, eggs, hash browns, waffles, juice and coffee. Oatmeal and cereal was available as well. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The transport driver I believe his name was Jose was super cool! What a great guy!! He really loves his job! That's good because it shows in his personality. Keep up the good work!!! I'm happy!
First time guests. We cruised with Carnival and needed a place to stay that was conveniently located near the port. This was the place! It's less than 10 minutes from the port, and only cost $10 per person or $20 round trip. The hotel itself offers free breakfast (although we did not have it). There is an outdoor pool on the premises. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. We had a ground floor room which is what you want if you have heavy luggage or several bags. There is no elevator. There's plenty of parking. The staff was courteous. We will definitely stay here again when we cruise out of Long Beach.
I Am a travel RN and I work in Long Beach. The hotel is close to Long Beach Memorial. The staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is good. Last week I had 2 free nights from my points.
This is the place to stay if you are taking a carnival cruise out of Long Beach. The staff was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They accommodated all of our travel needs. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we felt safe at this location. When we returned from our cruise, they picked us up on time and our vehicle was in the same shape as when we left. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
My plane was delayed so I arrived late, after 10 pm and was greeted with a front desk fully staffed. Motel has a convenient shuttle to cruise ships for a reasonable price. The breakfast has a variety of items and will fill you up!
